1. Hourly Rental Service

 

  • Strumhouse provides hourly rental services for Jampad, Recording Studio, and Music Classes.

 

2. Eligibility

 

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Service.

 

3. Booking and Payment

 

  • Users may book hourly rentals through the Website.

  • Users agree to pay for the rental service according to our current pricing.

  • Payments can be made through [payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  • Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time. 

  • Clients can reschedule up to 12 hours before the start time.

  • Clients have to give a notice period of more than 24 hours to cancel their booking free of cost. If the notice period is 24 hours or less, then FULL AMOUNT will be payable immediately at the time of cancellation via Paytm/ account transfer/ Google Pay/ PhonePe.

 

5. User Responsibilities

 

  • Users must treat the rented items or vehicles with care and follow the provided instructions for safe use.

  • Users are responsible for any damage or loss of the rented items or vehicles.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimer

 

  • Strumhouse is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while using our Service.

  • Users are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.

 

7. Privacy

 

  • We collect and use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Termination

 

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or any other reason.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Strumhouse and may not be used without permission.

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be posted at the top of this page.
